America's shown love to Canadian artists like Nelly Furtado, Celine Dion, Scott Storch, Jim Carrey, Pamela Anderson.. the list goes on. But never, ever has a rApper come out of Canada and done anything substantial in the United States.

So, would a rapper be judged fairly? (based on the music)
or
Would he be judged UNfairly, being a foreigner?

i think so. there's a lot of dope emcees from Canada. look @ Kardinal Offishall. he's starting to make a lot of noise right now.

also, K-Os is a very slept on emcee (if you wanna call him an emcee lol). but i'm a huge fan of his music. i hope one day he blows up in the states.

oh yeah, there's that Drake guy. he's not that bad. i think he's from Toronto. he's also making a lot of noise here as well.
