From his early beginning in the jewelry world to his recent entry into the world of fashion, Motaz has achieved mass success in previous ventures and is now looking forward to expanding his new company Lerasu Collection into a new world of fashion. Motaz was born in the late 70s when his parents moved to Inglewood-CA, to pursue their education at USC, without having any clue that would be the birth office of Lerasu Collection. The young man traveled around the world at a young age which made him aware of the different types and trends in fashion. The inspiration he gathered from this acted as an impetus to Motaz’s dream of going beyond just the superficial fashion world. While others are content to imitate, Motaz chooses to innovate, bringing to the already existing fashion world, a new category of branded products. His undying desire to help the under privileged youth and his rich experience of world travel along with him recognizing how important kids need a positive message has made Motaz to build a company that depicts and stands for motivation. COMPANY HISTORY Lerasu, means ‘the new man,’ ‘looking into the future,’ and ‘a new beginning’ and it originates from the word Rasu which stands for wisdom, gifted, discipline, motivation and prophecy.’ Lerasu is a team of highly savvy individuals whose uniting quality is the desire to create high quality products for men, women and kids giving them that new look that the industry is craving for. The Lerasu team goes great lengths to make sure their genuine quality products motivate the individual who believes in the greatness, brightness and successes of tomorrow.
